Return and Refund Policy

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if redistribution is not possible.
  • In such cases, the product may be shipped back to us at the recipient's expense.
  • No refunds will be issued for returned products under the Ek Rupiya initiative.

Refunds

  • If an order is placed and cancelled before it is processed or shipped, and you contact and inform us on an early basis, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Once the order is received by the user or customer, it cannot be refunded.

  • For Ek Rupiya items a delivery fee starting from PKR 250 applies within Karachi and may increase based on distance or city.

  • Delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond my control.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Ek Rupiya Initiative

  • Orders placed under the Ek Rupiya initiative cannot be cancelled, as items are distributed to ensure fair access for everyone.

Refund on Cancellation

  • If an order is cancelled within the allowed time, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Transaction fees, if applicable, may be deducted.
