4. Ek Rupiya / Giveback Items

• Items provided under the Ek Rupiya initiative are distributed at the sole discretion of Osamah Nasir.
• Each user is allowed to claim only one unit of a given product to ensure fair distribution. Users may access other product varieties, but duplicate claims for the same item are not permitted.
• To avoid confusion, including multiple users sharing the same address, we collect user details prior to processing orders.
• Products are provided at a nominal cost of 1 PKR per item, but a delivery fee applies, starting from 200 PKR and may vary depending on distance or city.
• Items are provided “as-is,” and no warranties, guarantees, or representations are made regarding their condition or suitability.
• Osamah Nasir shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or dissatisfaction arising from the receipt or use of items.
