Returns

• Returns are accepted only if redistribution is not possible.
• In such cases, the product may be shipped back to us at the recipient's expense.
• No refunds will be issued for returned products under the Ek Rupiya initiative.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased under the Ek Rupiya initiative are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Items marked as final sale or limited edition are not eligible for return.
• If a recipient feels that a product was not meant for them, they are encouraged to pass it on to someone in need.
• In such cases, the recipient may optionally email a brief confirmation or proof of redistribution as an act of goodwill.

Refunds

• If an order is placed and cancelled before it is processed or shipped, and you contact and inform us on an early basis, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Once the order is received by the user or customer, it cannot be refunded.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.
